Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm a loving wife and mother of two beautiful daughters.
I think it's important to know who you will be trusting with your special orders, so here's a little more about me...
I have always sewn, my great aunt was a keen quilter and taught me sewing tecniques from a very young age. I could do intricate dress dersigns and toy making by the time I was 12. At 16 my first job was in a busy sewing factory making bedding & curtains and I loved it. At 18 I moved on and started an appticeship with a fablous interior designer who also dabbled in ball gown making. The rest as you say is history .... I've been sewing professionally / running my own businesses for over 25yrs now.
Over the years I have made a wide variety of items from wedding dresses to cosytoes.
in 2016, after years of working long hours sewing up a storm, recruiting and training sewers to help me on both small & large scale contracts I decided to take a step back from larger contracts in order to spend more quality time with my family.
I'm now loving life in the slower lane, making beautiful little be-spoke gifts & keepsakes and spend my days happily embroidering, printing, cutting, stitching and, to my husband's dismay, clogging the vacuum cleaner with loose threads and trimmings.
I love what I do and I always feel truly honoured when people choose me to work on there precious orders. and I feel so lucky to be able to bring such happiness to my customers on a daily basis.
All keepsake items / orders are crafted by myself, with the meticulous care and attention to detail they deserve, and given the seal of approval by my family before being returned safely back to you. My keepsake bears, animals, blankets and cushions hold your memories safe to cherish and love for generations to come, and I really hope you enjoy holding on to them as much as I enjoy making them.
