By making a purchase with us you are agreeing to our *Terms & Conditions

Returns Policy
Because all our items are personalised or especially for you (the customer), we cannot accept returns due to the customer changing his or her mind as we obviously cannot sell the products to anyone else. This is as per the Distance Selling Regulations.

If a fault in the design has been made then we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery stating the problem, we will then check this to the original order. If an error has been made on our part then we will, of course, offer a full refund including return postage after receiving the order back or send out a replacement. If the item you wish to return is non-personalised then you can return an item within 14 days of receiving the order. However it must be in the brand new un-used condition that it was sent to you in with the card and cotton tags still attached and the packaging not damaged or missing. It is the customers responsibility to return the item(s) to us in a re-saleable condition so we recommend sending by recorded delivery. Return postage is a direct cost and cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

• We have insufficient stock to make the items that you have ordered.
• We do not deliver to your Country
• One or more items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information given to us by our suppliers

If we do need to cancel your contract then we will notify you via email of the reasons and, where possible, offer you the chance to change your choice(s). Any sum paid to us will be credited to your account via the method you paid within 7 days of the transaction being cancelled. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Delivery of Goods to you
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order, unless you have called or emailed us to change your address. If you have emailed us, please check you receive a response from us confirming that your address has been changed.

Delivery times are approximate and can change on a weekly basis. Please do allow at least 10-14 days on all personalised goods, however if we can complete your order sooner, we will of course do so.

Once goods have left our premises we are not liable for their loss or destruction. However, in the event of loss, we will make every effort to help you recover your loss. We ALWAYS keep proof of postage and tracking numbers for your goods
We cannot guarantee delivery of custom made goods before a specified date.

Liability
If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are faulty, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
We are not liable for any rip, tear or damage that may occur once the item the item has left us and is in your possession, unless due to a fault on our part. This is highly unlikely. 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded.
Keepsake/memory bears are not toys, due to the external material been supplied by yourselves they can not be individually CE checked, by ordering from us you have agreed to have read this info and agreed that your item has been sold to you as a ornamental item only.

Events Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, loss of power, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

ii. To provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you. Such additional information will only be provided where you have consented to receive such information.

We will NEVER pass on your details to any third party for any reason

Your Personal Data such as your name, address, email and telephone number is stored in our database and used in relation to your order only. We keep these records indefinitely.
Credit card information is never stored by us and it is never written down.

We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in the circumstances detailed below: i. Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information. ii. To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.

On occasion we may include links to third parties on this website. Where we provide a link it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s policy towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy policy before sending them any personal data.
Access to Information
In accordance with the GDPR 2018 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you.

These Conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery timescales, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our contract relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading

No variation of, or amendment to these Conditions shall bind either party unless made in writing and signed by the authorised representatives of both parties.
